Pray For Your Children!!

We discipline our children because we love them, and the Lord has told us that if we love our children, we will discipline them.
Proverbs; 13:24
(He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly.)
If we don't teach our children right from wrong, then society will teach them. What they are taught is that if it feels good, then it must be good, and if it is feels good, then it must be OK. All we have to do is go to the store and we will witness children who have not been taught right from wrong. Children will back talk their parents, and we don't see any discipline because our society has told these children that if a parent disciplines "spanks" them, then they should call the police and turn their parents in because parents don't have the right to spank. Now where did this foolishness come from?
God tell us to discipline our children for their own good. God also disciplines His own children for their own good.
Hebrews; 12:5-6
(And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: "My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives,")
Because all of us are imperfect and need of discipline and training, all true children of God are disciplined at one point or another in one way or the another.
God, our heavenly Father, loves us and wants us to live a life that is pleasing to Him. He knows what is best for us and when He sees us heading down the wrong road, He needs to get our attention and put us back on the straight path. It is no different when we see our children doing something that could cause them harm, we go to them and instruct them as to the right choice to make. No discipline is fun to endure, but we all have had it at some time or another.
Hebrews; 12:11
(Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.)
If you are a child of God, He disciplines you when you need it.
Hebrews; 12:7-8
(If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons, for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.)
Notice that it says we have all been disciplined by God at one time or another. You might ask, "why do we need disciplined"? It is for our own good.
Hebrews; 12:9-10
(Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness.)
God knows what is best for us and He wants us to become more Christ like in our behavior. A child left on their own without parental discipline, will always have to learn the hard way. Sometimes this could cost them their freedom or even their life. We want our children to become children of God, and the only way for that to happen is for us to teach them. Read the Bible to them and take them to church. Conduct your life the way God wants you to and your children will see your godly behavior and learn from you. We cannot expect our children to live a righteous life if we are living in sin. None of us are perfect and all we can do is give our life to Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us from then on.
One of the best weapons the parent has is prayer. We should pray for our children that God will soften their heart and they will turn to Him. Jesus tells us that no one comes to Him unless the Father draws them to Him.
John; 6:44-45
(No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall all be taught by God.' Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.)
We need to be in continual prayer for our children that God will call them to Jesus for forgiveness. There is no other way for them to receive salvation, for salvation is in Jesus alone.
Acts; 4:12
(Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.)
Never give up praying for your children no matter how hopeless it may seem. Most of us don't even know the amount of prayer that has been prayed for us. I know that my parents never stopped praying for me and I will continually pray for my children, and grandchildren, and son in law's. I pray you will do the same for your family.
God Bless You!

How Bad Will It Get?

Last week I heard of another senseless murder of a little five year old girl and her mother. I know that this seems to be happening more frequently. And the real question is why is our society turning so ruthless and unloving? We know that it is because we are all sinners and until we turn our lives over to Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to guide our actions, this is what we can expect. Oh, it may not be this cruel, but it will still be against the moral laws of God. God has told us that the heart of man is continually bent on evil. We can go back to the book of Genesis when God brought the flood on the earth and destroyed all of mankind except Noah and his family. After the flood, Noah built an altar to the Lord and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
Genesis; 8:21
(And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lord said in His heart, "I will never again curse the ground for man's sake, although the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done.)

We see that this is not something new with the heart of man. We are told that as we draw near to the second coming of Jesus, that things will go from bad to worse. We read this kind of thing everyday. God has warned us that in the last times perilous men and times will come.
Mark; 7:20-23
( And He said, "What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornication, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within and defile a man.)

When look around, this is going on everywhere. Not to be surprised though, because we have been told to expect this sort of behavior.
2Timothy; 3:1-5
(But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!)

I know that we need to stay close to our God, and to be ready for His return. He tells us that He will return when we least expect it.
Matthew; 24:44
(Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.)
If you have given your life to Jesus and ask Him into your heart, and put all your faith in Him, then you can look forward to His coming. If you are not ready, then pray and ask Jesus to come into your heart and give you a new life in Him. If you don't have Jesus in your heart, you are spiritually dead. When you are born again, Jesus gives you new life and you are made spiritually alive because you have the Holy Spirit living in you. You have become a member of God's family. There is only one way for you to do this, and that is through Jesus Christ.
John; 14:6
(Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.)

No matter what the world tells you, Jesus said that He is the only way. You cannot work your way in to heaven, you cannot be good enough, and at the judgment, you cannot talk your way in.
Romans; 8:9
(But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.)
Don't wait, you don't know how much time you have. Give your life to Jesus now and become member of the family of God. How can you do this?
Romans; 10:9-10
(that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.)

God Bless You!

The Truth, Is In God's Word!

When you are talking to someone, you want them to tell you the truth. No one wants to be lied to, but that is what is happening to you if you are told that you can work your way into heaven. The Scriptures tell us plainly that we are saved by grace through belief and faith in Jesus Christ. You cannot be saved any other way.
Ephesians; 2:8
(For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.)
Men are still required to believe for salvation, even that faith is a part of the gift of God. God's grace is preeminent in every aspect of salvation.
Romans; 3:20
(Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.)
There is no one who can live the perfect life following God's moral law. Every person is guilty of sinning.
Galatians; 2:16
(knowing that a man is not justified by works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.)
Keeping the law is a totally unacceptable means of salvation because the root of sinfulness is in the falleness of mans heart.

Another lie that people are being told is that there are more than one way into Heaven. Jesus and the Scriptures tell us that there is only one way, and Jesus is that way.
John; 14:6
(Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.)
This is straight from Jesus, God the Son. God cannot lie.
Hebrews; 6:18
(that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us.)
Numbers; 23:19
("God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?)
1Samuel; 15:29
(And also the Strength of Israel will not lie or relent. For He is not a man, that He should relent.)
Titus; 1:2
(in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,)

The Scriptures teach the truth, and we are to study them so that we are not deceived by the liar. If you are not reading the Bible, the Word of God, then you are setting yourself up for the big deception. The world wants us to think that we are good enough to warrant entry into heaven, but God tells us that the only way to salvation is through faith in Jesus. There is only one way.
John; 20:31
(but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.)
John; 3:18
("He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.)

If you don't have a Bible, there are churches that will give you one for free. Take them up on this offer and study the Word of God so that you know the truth.

God Bless You!

Christians Under Attack!

I was Googling for information on a Calvary Pastor, and couldn't believe the vicious attack by an organization who claimed that Calvary Chapel Churches were teaching false doctrine. I read some of what they were accusing the church of, but I didn't find any evidence from their web page to back up their attack. I have went back and read some of their accusations against some of the Christians leaders, and so far their is no proof to back up any of their attacks. This shouldn't surprise any of us because the Scripture tells us that we will be hated because of Jesus. Jesus has warned us that persecutions would happen to us if we follow Him.

[THE RELATIONSHIP OF BELIEVERS TO THE WORLD]
John; 15:20-21
(Remember the word that I said to you, 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for My name's sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me.)
If we are going to speak the truth from God's Word, then we will be under verbal and possible physical attack from the ungodly world.

Why does the world hate Jesus and Christians? The Scripture tells us that when Jesus came into the world, that He was a light in a dark world. When you bring a light into a dark place, it illuminates everything, all is exposed to the light. Therefore, everything is brought into view of everyone to see. Whether good or evil, we all can see it for what it is. When you tell others about Jesus, they are convicted of their sin by the truth from God's Word.
John; 3:20
(For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.)

When Jesus came to earth, he brought light into the world
John; 12:46
(I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness.)
All of us were in darkness until we came to Jesus for Salvation. Once you are born again, you become children of God, and therefore, children of light.
Ephesians; 5:8-9
(For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth),
God tells us not to continue in the deeds of darkness.

When I read about the attack on fellow believers, it doesn't really surprise me, and I'm sure it doesn't surprise them. Christians through out history have been under attack for their beliefs and it's not going to stop. As we get closer to Christ return, the attacks will escalate. Remember, Jesus told us that toward the end times things would get worse, and we should stand fast to the truth, and endure to the end.
2Timothy; 3:12
( Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.)
The world may hate you and the message, but God knows those who are His.
2Timothy; 2:19
(Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His," and , "let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.")

Don't be surprised if you suffer trials and persecution for your belief in Jesus Christ. We know that Jesus is on our side, and who can stand against us?

God Bless you!

The Trinity! The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit!

When you talk with a Jehovah's Witness, one of the first things they are trained to point out, is that the word Trinity, is not found in the Bible. They are right, we don't find the word Trinity, but there are many references to the Trinity, the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Let's look at a few of the references that talk about the trinity.
The Father is the first person of the Trinity.
Genesis; 1:26
(Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.)
This is the first clear indication of the trinity of God. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Matthew; 28:19
(Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,)
Matthew; 3:16-17
(When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.")
Luke; 3:22
(And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, "You are My Son; in You I am well pleased.")
All three persons of the Trinity are distinguishable in this verse.

Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. He is the living Word!
John; 1:1-1
(In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.)
Jesus "The Word" was with the Father in the beginning. He is God the Son.
John; 1:18
(And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.)
Hebrews; 1:1-2
(God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in times past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds.)
Jesus is the second person of the Trinity.

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity.
John; 14:26
(But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.)
John; 20:22
(And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.)
Romans; 5:5
(Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.)

There are many more verses in the Bible that refer to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I just pointed out a small number of them. Don't let anyone try to confuse you by saying Jesus isn't God the Son. The proof is in the Scriptures. Study the Word of God and stand strong on the truth of the Scriptures.

God Bless You!

Be Reconciled To God Today!

Did you know, that if you are a friend of the world, you are a enemy of God? The truth that unbelievers are enemies of God is taught through out the Scriptures. You may not have thought about it that way, but you cannot be a friend of the world and a friend of God. The world is totally against all that God is, in purity, in holiness, in righteousness, and in love.
James; 4:4
(Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.)
What are the things in the world that you might love or long for?
1John; 2:15-16
(Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-is not of the Father but of the world.)
God, not the world must have first place in the Christians life.

Maybe you think that it doesn't matter if you are a friend of the world and live in the flesh. The Scriptures tell a different story and God say it does matter.
Romans; 8:6-8
(For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.)
You cannot live in sin and please God.

The question is, how are we reconciled to God? We are told that the only way is through Jesus Christ. No matter what the world might be telling you, God tell us that, it is through My Son, and only through Him.
John: 14:6
(Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.)
Romans; 5:10
(For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.)
2Corinthians; 5:18-19
(Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.)

God used His Son the only acceptable and perfect sacrifice, as a means to reconcile sinners to Himself. Jesus was God the Son. God came down to earth as a man, Jesus Christ, and died on the cross for you and me. It was the only way to reconcile us to Him.
2Corinthians; 5:21
(For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.)
Jesus bore our sins on the cross so that we could bear His righteousness.

Don't delay coming to Jesus for salvation. You might not ever get another chance to receive salvation and have your sins forgiven. We are never promised another day here on earth.
2Corinthians; 6:2
(For He says; "In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
Genesis; 6:3
(Then the Lord said, "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years.")
Your time also may be running out. Turn to God to forgive your sins. You cannot see the stopwatch of God's patience, and there is no bargaining for additional time.

God Bless You!

Armor Of God! Are You Prepared?

When you get ready to play a sport, you put on you team shirt, get your ball glove, grab your bat and balls, put on your cleats and hopefully you are prepared to play ball. It is no different for us in our battle against the forces of evil. We should not expect to win if we are unprepared and don't have our armor of God on. God tells us to be prepared at all times and to rely on His strength to fight the battle. We cannot do it on our own. So what is this armor of God?

First we are told to be strong in the power of His might. Jesus has already defeated Satan on the cross and broken his power over Christians. While we are still here on earth, temptations will still bombard Christians and we need to rely on Christ strength to win.
Ephesians; 6:10
(Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.)
We should always trust in Jesus strength, not ours.
Philippians; 4:13
(I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.)
Notice it is Christ who gives us the strength to win the battle.

Who is our battle against and what should we do?
Ephesians; 4:11-12
(Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.)
We do not war against flesh and blood.
2Corinthians; 10:3-4
(For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,)

What are our weapons and how do we use them? The first 3 pieces of armor are the (Girdle, Breastplate, and Shoes/Boots. These are worn at all times on the battlefield.
Ephesians; 6:14-15
(Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;)
Girding up is to pull in all loose ends and stay focused.
2Timothy; 2:4
(No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.)
Because righteousness, and holiness are such distinctive characteristics of God Himself, it is not hard to understand why that is the Christian's chief protection against Satan and his schemes.
1Thessalonians; 5:8
(But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.)
The gospel of peace is that believers are at peace with God and He is on their side.
Romans; 8:31
(What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?)
Having God on our side give us the courage to stand firm in the most fierce battles.

The last 3, (Shield, Helmet, and Sword) were kept ready for when the battle actually began.
Ephesians; 6:16-17
(above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.)
The shield of faith is our continual trust in the word of God and is absolutely necessary to protect us from the temptation to sin, and to keep us from falling for Satan's lies. Fiery darts are likened to flaming arrows or temptations that Satan shoots our way.
Psalm; 18:30
(As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.)
Proverbs; 30:5
(Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.)
The helmet is what protects the head from assault. Satan tries to put doubt into our mind about our own salvation so that we are ineffective in the battle. We will become more concerned about our self and not be able to fight a good fight. God tells us that our salvation is secure in Him.
John; 10:28-29
(And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand.)
The sword was the soldiers only weapon, so the Word of God is the only weapon needed and is more powerful than any of Satan's. We use it to defend against Satan's attacks, and to destroy his strategies. It is the truth of Scripture.
Hebrews; 4:12
(For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.)
John; 12:48
(He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him-the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.)

If you haven't received Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life, today is the day. Ask Jesus to come into your life and save you. Tell Him that you want to give your life to Him and that you want to serve Him as Lord and Savior. The battle is already waging for souls, make sure that you are on the winning side. Remember that when you give your life to Jesus, He is on your side and your salvation is secure in Him.

God Bless You!

From The Heart, Out Of The Mouth!

I have said things and then wished that I could have taken them back, but once the mouth has spoken, there is no taking it back. I think that we all have been in this situation where we spoke before we thought. We are told many places that we need to watch what we say, for out of the mouth flows that which is in the heart.
Matthew; 12:34
(Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks).
Here Jesus reminds us that what we say reveals what is in our heart. What we say is an indication of what our heart is really like. The way to clean up our speech is to allow the Holy Spirit to give us new attitudes and motives.

When the Pharisees and teachers of the law questioned Jesus about His disciples eating with unwashed hands and breaking the traditions of the elders, Jesus explained it this way.
Matthew; 15:17-20
(Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and is eliminated? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the man.")

We are also told to speak only what will be edifying to the hearer.
Ephesians; 4:29
(Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.)
Foul language of any sort should never pass a Christian's lips, because it is totally out of character with his new life in Christ. We are a new man in Christ and the old man is to be put off or done away with.
Colossians; 3:8-10
(But now you yourselves are to put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,)

In the Book of James we are told that fresh and bitter water will not come from the same spring, and that cursing and blessing should not come forth from our mouth. Here James is talking about taming the tongue.
James; 3:8-12
(But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or grapevines bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.)

We as Christians need to be an example to the world, a light in a dark place. Those around us are watching us all the time to see the difference between our life and the rest of the world. If they watch and don't see a difference, they will assume that we are no different than they are so why should they give their life to Jesus. We can not go around with filthy speech and act like the rest of the world and expect them to come to Jesus. They will see no need of Jesus because we will appear to be just like them. Watch how you conduct your life, and allow Jesus to be in control of your mouth. Ask Him to clean out your heart so that just good and edifying things will flow from your mouth.

God Bless You!

God's Creation, Not Man's Evolution!

It seems like the more people find proof of a creator "GOD", the more the evolutionist try to push their theory. Everything that is has been was created by God. There is nothing here that He didn't create. You look into the sky and see the stars, and moon, and sun, there is no way that they could have just happened. There wasn't some kind of big bang and all of this just appeared.
Genesis; 1:14-18
(Then God said, "Let there be lights in the firmaments of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth; and it was so. Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. And God saw it was good.)

Next take the fish and birds. God tells us that he created them and that when they produce, they will produce after their own kind.
Genesis; 1:20-22
(Then God said, "Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the face of the firmament of the heavens. So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw it was good. And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.)
Notice that God said let them produce after their own kind.

Now the animals of the earth.
Genesis; 1:24-25
(Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creatures according to its kind; cattle and creeping thing beast of the earth, each according to its kind"; and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw it was good.)

Now we get to man. We didn't evolve from some ape or monkey, God made us in His likeness.
Genesis; 1:26-28
Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.")
The more that scientist try to prove the evolution theory, the more they confirm that their is a God who created the earth and all that is in the earth. This includes man and beast.

Don't let others tell you that everything just happened and that there is no creator. They cannot prove their theory, it is a lie. The truth of God's word tells us that He created all that exist.
John; 1:1-3
(In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.)
When people say that everything came from evolution, they are taking honor and glory away from God. Don't buy into this worldly view and be deceived. Put your faith in Jesus and stand firm on His word.

God Bless You!
