Whether Good Or Bad!

Did you know that even though you may be a born and again Christian, you will still stand before the judgment seat of Christ? The difference will be that if you are a Christian, then you are not judged for sin because the price for your sin has already been paid for by Jesus Christ on the cross.
Ephesians; 1:7
(In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace)
Jesus paid the penalty for our sins when He shed His blood on the cross. When you accept Him as your Savior, your sins are forgiven.
Colossians; 1:13-14
(He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.)

When Paul talks about the good or bad, what exactly does he mean? What we as believers have done with our time will be looked at. This judgment will be for eternal rewards. Only those works which survive God's testing fire have eternal value and are worthy of reward.
1Corinthians; 3:13-15
(Each one's work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one's work, of what sort it is. If anyone's work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone's work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.)
This is not a judgement for sin, because Christ has already paid that price for us. If you are a believer, you will still have eternal life and will be saved.
Romans; 8:1
(There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.)
This is only to determine our eternal rewards.

So how are we to live while on earth so that we can please God?
Romans; 12:1-2
(I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.)
We have a job to do while we are still here on earth. We are told to be a light in a dark place, we are to be witnesses for Jesus, we are to confess Him before men, and we are to obey Him. We have been given the Great Commission.
Matthew; 28:19-20
(Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.)

1Thessalonians; 5:14-19
(Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.)

God Bless You!
