Obeying God Not Our Flesh!

Proverbs; 6:16
(These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:)

A PROUD LOOK
Psalm; 101:5
(Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, Him I will destroy; The one who has a haughty look and a proud heart, Him I will not endure.)

A LYING TONGUE
Proverbs; 12:22
(Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, But those who deal truthfully are His delight.)

HANDS THAT SHED INNOCENT BLOOD
Proverbs; 28:17
(A man burdened with bloodshed will flee into a pit; Let no one help him.)
We are avoid helping a murderer with any support, or refuge from the law.

A HEART THAT DEVISES WICKED PLANS
Genesis; 6:5
(Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only on evil continually.)

FEET THAT ARE SWIFT IN RUNNING TO EVIL
Isaiah; 59:7
(Their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed innocent blood; Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; Wasting and destruction are in their paths.)

A FALSE WITNESS WHO SPEAKS LIES
Proverbs; 19:5
(A false witness will not go unpunished, And he who speaks lies will not escape.)

AND ONE WHO SOWS DISCORD AMONG BRETHREN
Proverbs; 16:28
(A perverse man sows strife, And a whisperer separates the best of friends.)

Let us walk by the Spirit and not by the flesh, thus fulfilling the desires of the flesh. God hates sin and we need His help to keep from sinning. The minute we think we can control our flesh, we will sin. Let's please God and not our flesh.

God Bless You!

Thank you for your commitment in sharing the Word.

We must be in constant communion with Him, so that we will know which tree we are eating from...Good and evil or eternal life.

Thank you for your continuous encouragement.

Thank you for committing to this daily posting. His Word is a constant source of joy in spite of our circumstances.

Your words were found and I (A)ate them, And Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart; For I have been called by Your name, O LORD God of hosts.
