Last Chance!

None of us knows how many more chances we will have to repent and ask for forgiveness. Jesus has been standing at the door and knocking and maybe you have refused to open the door because you love this life more than giving your life to Jesus. Who knows, maybe this is the last day for you to repent and accept eternal life from Jesus.

Jesus taught that we must repent and turn to Him if we want to inherit eternal life. I was reading in the paper today that many Americans believe that there are many ways to eternal life. But Jesus was perfectly clear on this subject, and He said that He was the only way.
John; 14:6
(Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.)
I don't read anything in this verse that says there are any other ways to eternal life. It doesn't say that you can be good enough, or that if you belong to this church or that church you will make it. Your money will not buy you entrance into Heaven. If your parents saved, that doesn't mean you are saved. No one is saved without repenting of their sins and asking Jesus for forgiveness. Then ask Him into your life as Lord and Savior.

The Bible tells us that our life is but a vapor, here today and gone tomorrow. If you are a young person, this may sound like you have a lot of time to repent. But a vapor doesn't last very long. God tells us that it is appointed unto man once to die and after that comes the judgement. If you enter into eternity without Jesus having forgiven you of your sins, you will spend eternity separated from God in the Lake of Fire. No second chances, no reincarnation, no one praying you out.
Luke; 13:25-28
(Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock on the door, saying, 'Lord, open up to us!' then He will answer and say to you. 'I do not know where you are from.' "Then you will begin to say, 'We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets'; and He will say, 'I tell you, I do not know where you are from; DEPART FROM ME, ALL YOU EVILDOERS.' In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham and Issac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves being thrown out.)

No one ever wants to be in that position. You don't have to ever experience this rejection. Jesus is knocking at your door. Let Him in and be saved. This may be your last chance.
2Corinthians; 6:2
(for He says, "AT THE ACCEPTABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU, AND ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU." Behold, now is "THE ACCEPTABLE TIME," behold, now is "THE DAY OF SALVATION")

God Bless You!
